Standard holders' portals

ProCert no longer has the right to send the BRCGS audit report directly to its clients audited according to the BRCGS standard, because for about a year now the organisation that holds the BRCGS standard has required that companies audited according to the BRCGS standard access their personal space in the BRCGS Directory themselves and then download the report from the BRCGS platform.

Your BRCGS Food audit report can be downloaded from the BRCGS portal, from this link, https://www.brcgs.com/directory/access-and-logos/ with your personal access.

First go to https://directory.brcgs.com/ . Click on "login. Insert your e-mail address in the field dedicated to the BRCGS portal login and click on "forgot password". You should then receive an e-mail to update your password and connect directly to the BRCGS Directory.

As your certification body, we are responsible for changing and ensuring the accuracy of this information on the IFS and BRCGS standard portals.

 If you wish to change the contact person for the IFS and BRCGS standards, you must express your wish (with all the necessary information: first and last name of the new contact person, telephone number, email, and role within your organisation) to your account manager, auditor or back office manager, who will relay the request to the department concerned.
