Who will take care of my concerns?

Each MS customer is assigned a competent contact person who is interested in all your concerns. You will find the name of your contact person in the mandate. Do not hesitate to get in touch with him/her if you prefer to discuss your concerns verbally. It is best to send him/her a message via the Portal with possible dates for contacting him/her.
